I was wondering if anyone here has any experience with PhpAdsNew.

If someone does, could you explain to me how you set it up in MODx?
    Thanks!

the simplest way to "integrate" it is to simply cut&paste the generated phpads code into a MODx chunk.
We’re currently looking into much more advanced integration for a big project that is starting up in our company, we’ll let the community know more and share the code if and when it’s done..

        You mean chunk or Snippet?

doesn’t matter, but most logical would be a chunk, as the generated banner code is basically a bunch of javascript-code

If you use local mode to generate the invocation code, the ad system generates PHP code. Are you suggesting I use the remote Java script invocation code?

I think whether its php code OR js code, chunk is the solution. Its upto you and try experimenting smiley ...

              regards.

Correct me if I’m wrong but chunks are for pure html and snippets allow the usage of php. If it’s pregenerated code then chunks are the way to go but if flexibility is required then a snippet would be best.
