Users in the Manager need to have a Context Access ACL entry with a context of 'web' in order to be able to see any resources in that context. If you've created any other front-end contexts, you'll need a Context Access ACL entry for each one.

You need all three permissions: Load, List, and View, and the resource_tree permission. Could that be it?
You might also have a malfunctioning plugin (try disabling them).
Is this a new install of MODX? It's possible that one or more files got corrupted, especially if you transferred them with FTP.
I've never seen that error.
Do you have an Image or File TV associated with a Media Source associated with the Resources in the additional Context? If so, make sure the users have access to the Media Source( s ) in all the appropriate Contexts...
Also, if this is the solution, we should file a bug in the tracker to resolve that fatal error situation.

Thanks for the replies guys.
BobRay: I have disabled all plugins and added Load, List View and resource_tree permissions. This is a brand new installation of 2.2 RC1.
opengeek: I do not have any Image or File TV's associated with a media resource.
How are you determining access to this additional context? You'll have to provide some details about the Context.
