I have seen so many times the logo of RSS, but I don’t know does it works.
Please tell me what is RSS?

It's a newsfeed. It supplies a summary listing of specified news or blog items that can be subscribed to. You can either supply a feed from postings on your own site, or load and display the newsfeed from another site. There are dedicated newsfeed readers, and most web browsers will display a feed as well.
