Revo 2.2.-rc2 Gateway Manager

Followed all the directions. Second domain is pointed to the same folder as first domain. Second domain context and settings setup per instruction but site not resolving to that second context?

I have MODx 2.2 setup in three different folders per domain, but it would be much nicer for the client to only have to log into one to manage the sites. What am I missing?
