Hm. It doesn't really show the API functions at all, it's just a listing of packages and files and their internal functions. And even then they don't always make a lot of sense. For example, under modx -> processors.resource there are two entries for getChildren; they both indicate in their titles and descriptions that they are for deleting and undeleting a resource.
Yes, those are specific methods in those two Resource processors.

I would have presumed that an API entry named "getChildren" would have had something to do with getting a resource's children.
