I’ve created a manager user who has access to only one document which is a folder containing news items (each news item is a separate document).
When I log on as this user, I can see and edit the news folder and all the existing news items but I can’t create a new document.
The user’s role has "create new document" checked (all the Content Management options are checked) and I’m pretty sure all the groups and document setting are right because only the news items show up in the tree and I have full editing rights to all of them.
I can’t think of anything else to do. I’m sure there’s something obvious I’m missing . . .
