Than I need to use PhpThumbOf in the resource content:

[[*sitePic0:phpthumbof=`w=120&h=120`]]
This gives:
http://lego.website.com/uploads/dev/noarim.jpg
http:/lego.website.com/assets/components/phpthumbof/cache/778718239000a9133240d7f7a1bc6b97.0624087e10cb579cd00afa30c2005030.jpg
One slash after the "http:" is missnig - looks like the bug...
