Approval of new extra version

Hi there,
I'm the author of the FormItBuilder extra. About a week ago I submitted a new version 0.1.8 which needed approval before making public. With this approval process is underway the existing version of the extra has been disabled as shown here

I have a few people contacting me asking why it is no longer available and I really want the new one made available (of course). The other day I submitted it again, but still no approval.

Who do I need to contact to get this issue resolved? Is it possible there is a bug in the submission process for new versions?

Is is best just to use the "Update Version" options when doing minor updates? Or is it recommended that minor updates go through the "Add New Version"?

Update version is generally only for correcting mistakes when creating a new version. Each unique release version of your code should be a new version.
