Please help me!

Can you edit the database directly?
What version of MODX?
Yes I can edit directly... modx revo 2.1.3... thank you!
Can you tell us what you did? Creating an Editor user would have no effect on whether the admin can log in. You must have changed the admin user's permissions in some way. Here are some things that might cause that trouble (though I think some of these are impossible in 2.1.3):
-- Changing the admin's role
-- Changing the policy associated with the admin's Context Access ACL entry
-- Changing the admin's role
-- Changing the policy template associated with the admin's Context Access ACL entry
-- deleting the admin user or the admin user's Context Access ACL entry
If you can log in as the Editor user and that user has the access_permissions permission, you could go in that way and fix things.
Another option is to create a new installation of the exact same version of MODX somewhere and look at the access, role, and user tables to compare the admin entries with the ones at your site.
