Missing controls for editing on frontend

Hi all,

I don’t seem to get the editing controls in the frontend of my site, I login to the manager prior to trying this, still no joy... I have also checked that the js files are loading fine, they are. Here is what I have loaded:

do you mean all editing controls (including the QuickEdit bar) or just the TV tags? if only the latter, check if you’re using [*#TVname*] in your template

Are you getting only the JS-includes or are also some quickedit-"things" in the source code? Is the quickedit module running and are you allowed to run it? If you´re the administrator, it should work. If not, check the permissions of this admin user.
