splittingred, I am using Gallery (one page with galleriffic, one without) and shamblett's frontpage addon, which also uses jQuery. I am using jQuery only for these 2 addons.
frontpage allows the use of the Aloha editor, which I presume also uses jQuery www.aloha-editor.org
When I use frontpage's aloha editor and visit a page showing a gallery, I get this error:
Error: $(".gal-item img").asynchImageLoader is not a function
no matter whether frontpage's jQueryNoConflict is set to true or false.
I presume the gallery-addon also needs some option to use jQuery in NoConflict mode (I managed to set it up easily for a galleriffic-version, but not for the regular version - probably there are more $ to replace with some noconflict variable name).
