Adv. Package Installing issue

I keep running into this:

I click to install a package and rather than displaying Setup Options button, it displays a Continue button that doesn't fire anything.

This is for an Adv Install of 2.2 RC1.

The Traditional Install doesn't have this issue. Just thought I would try the Adv install in hopes of eventually creating one core for multiple domains.
