[SOLVED] Manager becomes Blank Page after deleting Google Analytics Dashboard

You can run setup in upgrade mode to restore it or add it back manually with a value of default. Sounds like the package for the GA Dashboard theme is including that modSystemSetting record and uninstalling the package is removing it from the database rather than setting it back to default. However, that should not break the manager and this should be noted as a bug IMO.
