I need to create 3 templates but all are almost the same excepted for some detail.
I would like to create a general template and 3 small templates
How can I do include the geral template into the 3 other?
or how can do that the 3 template inirit the general emplate?

This is what chunks are for.
Put the parts which are the same on all templates into chunks and place this chunks into your templates.
Its also possible to switch between different chunks from resource to resource with one template by using dropdown-TVs for example with input-options like that:
use chunk A==[[$chunkA]]||use chunk B==[[$chunkB]]||use chunk C==[[$chunkC]]
