Trouble with 2.1.5 and TinyMCE 4.3.0

Hi all

I have just created a fresh install and built a site using 2.1.5 all well and good. I hand code my content so don't usually install Rich Text Editor until the end. I have just tried to install TinyMCE 4.3.0 and it is doing most of what it should and all the system settings are showing all the usual stuff but, when I go to edit pages, there is no tick box for 'use editor' so I am left looking at code.

Any ideas as I'd like to get this handed over tomorrow?

[solved] Sorry, permissions issue (answer here; https://forums.modx.com/thread/?thread=46224&page=1) Using an unfamiliar host for this one with some weird pre-set folder perms.
