Modx Catalog import csv/xml/xls

Hi, I'm beginer of using modx and it looks really very good.
I'd like to know how can I create/update a catalog importing the data from a CSV/XML/XLS file?
It's possbile with a componet, documentation about it or something else?

You can import csv data using ImportX (http://modx.com/extras/package/importx) Docs (http://rtfm.modx.com/display/ADDON/ImportX).
