If I call formit just like this:

    [[!FormIt?
       &hooks=`spam,email,redirect`
       &emailTpl=`MyEmailChunk`
       &emailTo=`[email protected]`
       &redirectTo=`123`
       &validate=`name:required,
          email:email:required,
          subject:required,
          text:required:stripTags,
          numbers:required,
          colors:required`
    ]]

    I get a blank page, however if I call it with out the no-cache marker (!)

    [[FormIt?
       ... etc... `
    ]]

    I get the page again, NOW, this also applies to the form fields, If I have a 'no-cache' flag anywhere in the form, I get blank pages! ex:

    Email* [[!+fi.error.email]]

    will result in a blank page...

    Any ideas as to what is going on here? no errors in the modx or apache logs ... sad

      Hi Sean are you getting your blank pages after you send?

      is your &redirectTo=`123` pointing to the right resource?

      Does your redirected resource have the published checkmark?

      I know it may sound silly but I thought I would mention it, just troubleshooting here.

        Nope - the page won't even load if I have the ! anywhere

          I found it, weird problem.

          my template decides what layout to be used by the viewport elements class, which is set as a template variable, then I use an if statement to load tyhe appropriate chunk:

          [[!If? &subject=`[[*PageClass]]` &operator=`EQ` &operand=`home` &then=`[[$ContentHome]]` &else=`[[$ContentDefault]]`]]

          This is an interior or 'default' type page so it loads the $ContentDefault chunk which looks like this:

          	<div class="content" [[$RandomHeader

[[*pagetitle]]

          	[[!If? &subject=`[[UltimateParent]]` &operator=`EQ` &operand=`3` &then=`[[$ContentLocations]]` &else=`[[*content]]]]

          In this particular page's case it loads the chunk in the else statement which is just the form stuff.

          If I remove the ! from the if statement in the $ContentDefault chunk everything works again ....

          argh!
