GetResources call is showing the wrong resource

Given this call

[[!getResources? &parents=`9` &tpl=`firstNewsTpl` &includeTVs=`1` &showHidden=`0` &limit=`1` &resources=`70`]]

The result is just simply the wrong resource. I want 70, but I get 48. I can't explain it....

to

to

&parents=`-1`
