Revo 2.1.3 file browser in manager not showing files

So after having problem with installing revo 2.1.5 i tried to install 2.1.3 everything went smooth but after entering to manager i cant see any files in file browser inside the manager, i tried to setup path in system setting, but then there was the path duplicated. So the path is alright... anybody know where can be a problem ? Can it be because of some permissions ? I put all folders to 777...
