User filled news ticker using template variable

Hi
I'm creating a manager user controlled Ticker to create ten quotes. At present I'm using 10 TVs to fill a uniform list to display the quotes on the front end with jquery. I'm sure there must be a more efficient way to add 10 textfields using one TV with the input options values. I haven't found it yet could anyone help.

you can use subresources and getResources-snippet or
you can use the MIGX-TV and getImageList-snippet to display them.
