MODX could not download the file.

Hi everybody,

I've been digging the question for hours: what did go wrong with my installation?

It's not your installation but your server settings (or a bug). It looks like cURL is enabled (but check for sure), but one or more of these server settings may need to be changed:

open_basedir
allow_url_fopen
safe_mode
