    hello modx people,

Does anyone have ANY ideas regarding how I might be able to get a vcard generated from information filled out using the brilliant eform snippet? I’m curious about how this might be done, and if it’s even possible? I know you can send shtuff to a database from the eform, and then maybe pull it from there with a bit of cheeky PHP? I don’t know... .. .

It’s for a client of mine who receives hundreds of webmail responses from potential clients and needs to be able to easily add them to their outlook dooby, saving themselves some heavy finger work.

This would be a seriously cool addition, maybe you could receive the eForm response, with the vcard attached! Bon! eh?

    Thanks.

That’s a great idea Matt and Jake. You’d need to use the events built into eForm and have it trigger that code prior to submitting... I like it! laugh

Yikes, I forgot I posted this! Ahh, cool so it is possible! great, unfortunatley this is way beyond my ability, but maybe someone with a head full of scripts and PHP could buy this idea for a fiver and make it work? hmm. Seriously... .. . anyone fancy trying this for the greater good of the human modx race? (and my lazy client), I’ll buy you a tin of biscuits, nice ones.
