One of our websites utilizes SEF urls which was working fine and Wayfinder snippet for the navigation. The MODx version is 0.9.5 running on a UNIX server.

The problems started when I accidentially duplicated a folder containing all of the documents. Afer doing so and deleting it (without purging) all of the links would not work anymore.

Only the starting page opens and every subpage i click in the navigation starts to link to the start page as well. (Note though: I use that page for Site start,Error page and the Unauthorized page - I know this is a bad practice, sorry).

Now the weird part is: If I undelete the duplicate folder everything works again.

The only way that the site works with the duplicate folder deleted is when i turn of SEF.

If anyone has some ideas, I’d be happy to hear them. Thanks in advance!

Does it work if you purge them and refresh the site cache?

Thanks for your reply Jason. This afternoon when the problem occured I had that idea myself but I wasn’t willing to take the risk at that time. But after some reconsideration: I guess could give it a shot (after backing up the MySQL database). If I resume my work on that site on monday I will most likely do so.
