Tv input path set and modx browser does not allow for me to create directory

Hello,

I have an image tv setup, and i set the path to where i want the editor to find or upload his images. Funny thing is, that in order to keep thing organized i would like him to be able to create directories inside the path i specified so he can organize the images but the modx browser does not allow me to do so.

Sometimes i'm able to create the directory but then i do not find it, when i check on the ftp its not created neither.

Using Win 7, Browser Latest Chrome, MODX Revolution 2.1.5-pl (traditional)
