Need to override site_url

I’m having an issue with Network Solutions ib that the server is passing the wrong domain into the site_url variable. I read somewhere on the forums that I can override and set the site_url manually in the config.inc.php file. How exactly do I do that (line # and syntax)? I am fairly comfy with PHP - but not that comfy

Comment out the whole block beginning with the comment at line 16, up to the start of the session code at line 34. Then just insert your hard-coded values for $base_path, $base_url, and $site_url.
