how to create a reserved section

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a extra and the relative tutorial (if is it possible) to create a registration form with validation mail to access a reserved section of my site.

Can someone help me?

Under Security, click on the Web Permissions tab.

Create a new User group.
Create a Resource group on the next tab.
Create the link that ties the User Group to the Resource group.

In your resource(s), click on the Access Permissions tab and select the groups that you want to have access to that Resource.

Use WebLogin or WebLoginPE create the User login part. You will be able to assign Registrants to that User group. Make sure that you choose 'activation' so that people have to actually activate their account via email, else you'll get a lot of unwanted "users" that are spambots.
