I will be using a CDN to deliver video content that we've uploaded using the Modx interface. The problem I see is that the upload path will not be the same as the output path (the file will upload the a temp location, that is then pulled to the CDN). How could this be handled in the manager?

Perhaps you could use an output filter to replace the temp URL with the CDN URL.
