i have a big issue with my website...
I have add the turkish language, but i have some character that are wrong and automaticaly replaced by ?...
My wesite have a charset UTF-8 unicode. I think that the problem is only in content field. when i paste the content in TinyMCE and press save, the special charachter is replaced by "?"...
How can solve this problem?

Look at the DB in PhpMyAdmin and make sure all the tables and fields are in UTF-8. If not, see this:

i have manually changed the collation of db and the problem is solved!!
