Is it possible to make TV's show up in a specific resource?

Is it possible to make TV's show up in a specific resource? What I mean is that, instead of showing in every resource with a specific template, I can show it only in an earlier specified resource?
For example if I have Template A for the whole site and four pages. The thing is that those four pages have different tv's and It looks confusing while editing them to see tv's from contact page in about us page. Is there a way to deal with it?
