    Hi,
I'm experiencing a strange error with a website using MODx Evolution 1.0.5.

When some kind of special character is entered in the "pagetitle" field of a document, the variable [*pagetitle*] used in a template outputs the character converted in a somehow wrong HTML entity, despite having set MODx to use UTF-8 character encoding. The pagetitle field is correctly displayed in the manager, only the output in the template is wrong.

    An Example:

the pagetitle as written in the manager: "1° evento"
the variable [*pagetitle*], when in a page, prints: "1° evento"
which, in turn, is rendered by the browser as: "1° evento"

I cannot understand where the  comes from...

I have another site with the same settings adn it doesn't present this probem.
In MODx settings, character encoding is set to Unicode (UTF-8), but I tried to change it with no result.
