getResources where statement syntax

Hello there,

I'm trying to figure out the proper syntax for excluding weblinks from my getResources call.

I've tried a few different things... not that it matters but this is what I've been trying:

&where=`{"modResource:!=":modWebLink}`

Needless to say, it doesn't work... I'm thinking that my syntax is just off.

Thanks in advance for any tips!

Thank you so much... I swear I tried that, but it seems that your special PHP God powers came through and made it work!
