Why is my table not aligning?

Hi there everyone,

Could someone possibly tell me what is causing the 4th row in the table on this page http://www.classymannequins.com/mannequin-heads.php to be missing the first two objects? I'm looking at the page with Windows 7 and running ModX 0.9.6.1p2, if that helps. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I've had this problem for quite awhile and have not been able to figure out why this particular table gives me issues (fyi - the table shift errors seem to vary depending on the operating system/browser combination).

The only thing I can see is that, according to Firebug, the top label for Premium items is being handled differently than the top label for the other items. Maybe that has an effect when a premium item ends up in the right column.

The one on the right hasn't cleared so set a height of 220px on div.mini_product li
