Hey Everyone -
I'm hoping someone can shed some insight into this unusual problem I'm experiencing. I have a client using GoDaddy basic hosting. Installed MODx Revo. Got it customized, add a gallery component, all is good. Literally didn't login or touch for a couple month's. I meet with my client, we login and nothing is rendering expect the menu. The pages are just blank. I looked at the source and the main div <div id="modx-panel-content-type-div"></div> is empty as you can see. I've posted some screenshots. There are no error logs. I though whatever, there is an update, I'll just update and perhaps it will be fine. Nope. The update failed and completely foo bar'd the install. We spent over an hour on the phone with GoDaddy, they did a rollback back to where we were, nothing is still rendering and they have no clue what's going on and of course referred us to these forums. Attached is what every page looks like. The dbase connection is obviously fine. I can login and I tested it with an invalid login and it failed. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

What version of MODX is it running?
MODx Revolution 2.0.8-pl (traditional)
One easy thing to try is deleting all the files in the core/cache directory. You may have a corrupted cache file.
If that doesn't do it, check the server error logs and go into PhpMyAdmin and check the database for crashed tables and look at the error_log table (modx_event_log) to see if there's any useful info there.

If this occurs due to frequent cache clearing or other editing in the manager, or due to high traffic on your site, I would highly recommend upgrading to the latest stable MODX Revolution release, which is currently 2.1.3-pl.
