Multilanguage site problem

Hi all,

I've made a multi language site on my test server I made everything exact like here(http://www.butter.com.hk/blog/posts/2010/08/internationalization-in-modx-revolution.html)
and everything worked fine, but then I've moved it to production servers and faced with some problems

Site still works fine and I can switch languages, but I'm not able to create new pages, link is not available. Please take a look at the attached image. Please help!.

Solved. The problem was because Babel was not installed properly.
