Conditions in templates, or How to?...

Hello!

I need to make greetings on the web-page, i.e., when user is not logged - "Hi! You can login or register", or, when logged - "Hello, John Doe!".

Is there any way to do it?

And one another question: i need to append comment form to all articles, added with NewsPublisher - it’s easy, but articles with comments don’t publish with Ditto - with Ditto i print all articles on main page, with "Comment!" link.

Sorry for my English, i hope, it’s understandable

Thank you!
