I have a website in three languages with the Babel snippet and all content has already been inputted.
I have this structure in 3 contexts (web, fr, en):
web (nl)
|- page1
|- page2 ...
fr
|- page1
|- page2 ...
en
|- page1
|- page2 ...
Mobile devices should be redirected to www.mydomain.com/m/
How can I realize this setup without repeating inputting the content that was entered for "web", "fr", "en" ? Do I need to create a 4th context "m" where all mobile html-pages can be generated based on "web", "fr" and "en"? What's the ideal setup?

So the main assumption here is that "/m/" is an entirely different template that changes what content is rendered in any given template. That stated then based on how you've setup your context then I'd say based on this you'd have to create a mobile version for each context.
What I'd recommend possibly for you in this case, if the content for the non-mobile and mobile site is the same, to create a rewrite rule that would use the "/m/" document path and change it to a parameter that you could then use a TV to switch with template to content type to use desktop vs. mobile. This would more than likely require additional segmentation of your templates into chunks as well making it more flexible to support single template with different content types (desktop, mobile) via chunks.
Certainly there are many different methods to achieve a mobile site and you have to take into consideration how the content is managed and what is rendered to the end user.
Hope that helps.
