QuickEdit Issues

I am using IE7.

When QuickEdit is displayed on the page, it is displayed ’Open’. You cannot minimize the QuickEdit toolbar. You cannot move the toolbar. If you try to edit content but clicking on the QuckEdit Edit Content button, it simply takes you to the home page.

Has this happened to anyone else and can you provide a solution? I only have so much hair left to pull out!

QuickEdit and IE7 just don’t work together in the current MODx build. You might want to check this thread. It solved my QuickEdit and IE7 problems:
