GetResource includeContent Limit causing messy outpout

Working with GetResource, I used the includeContent property with a limit set to list post previews. This is causing some problems with the output formating, i.e when it cuts the content in the middle of a link or div. Is there any way improve the call by limiting the final, formatted text, not the brut code ? Or to avoid cutting inside a tag ?

I usually make use of :notags output modifier.
If you need some special formatting (ie. keeping some tags), i'm not aware of any "out-of-the-box" method/tool. I guess you'll have to code your own custom output modifier.
