Does dynamic links work in chunks?

Hi,

I have the following code in one of my chunks:

but when viewing the site, i see rather than the actual link i am requesting to show.

I need to link to another inner page of my site within a chunk. is this possible? if so, what am i doing wrong. If not, then what are my other options? snippets?

thanks

anyone?

I don't know what to make of that. You should never see MODX tags in the HTML in the front end because MODX either replaces or removes *all* of them.

Are you using MODX Revolution? Maybe you're using tags for the wrong version of MODX.

hi BobRay,

Thanks for the reply.
I am using modx Rev latest version.
Is that the correct way on calling the link "site_url" and resource id?

thanks again

works well
the problem was that i was using a temp url. once i pointed the dns with the correct domain, it all worked out.
thanks

Yes, temp URLs are a common problem. Glad you got it working.
