I know Steve Jobs passed recently, and a lot of people mourned very heavily. Well, this man was my Steve Jobs. An innovator to say the least.
Mr Ritchie was one of the creators of the hugely influential Unix operating system and the equally pioneering C programming language.
And the co-author of one of the best programming books ever, and co-creator of the programming style used throughout MODX (the "R" in "K&R" style).
