Does some one can help me with this:
Now I obtained a quit functional Babel (fr in default web CX + en in a new English CX) I see it's impossible to get a TV being DIFFERENT in each language.
For some rte TV, if I change the text in the English page, this text becomes the one into the FR page too (and vice-versa). (the standard content does not have this issue)
I thought it was because I firstly add those TV Id into the Babel sync tv list, but deleting those ids from the sync list does not change anything...
What's wrong ?

Hey have you figured this out, I would love to have TVs show in different language, but I can not find this anywhere. Could you help me with this?
