Country Field on All Users Gets Set to Wrong Value

Web Server:

* PHP 4.4.2
* MySQL 4.1.15

Browser/Client:

* Firefox 2.0.0.3
* Microsoft Windows XP

MODx:

* 0.9.5

For some reason, whenever I pick United States in the country field, and then go back to that page to check the value, it will always reset itself to the "United Arab Emirates" value. This happens for Web Users as well as normal Manager users. Any idea what might be causing it?

EDIT: It seems that the State field cuts off after so many characters, too (like Flori if you typed in Florida). I guess that field is just for abbreviations like FL, GA, etc.?

I noticed that on 0.9.6 RC1 as well.

This is a display value problem only (i.e. it is getting set properly in the database) and I believe is resolved in the latest trunk. See http://modxcms.com/bugs/task/746 for details.
