In a foldertree named cities I have folders with city names. Within those city folders are documents with names of location in a city. Is there a way I can select a city in the droplist and after that selection is made I select the location in another droplist?

This is usually done with javascript and/or AJAX; there are any number of tutorials on the web for doing it. Try Google.
