Quip website field blank after preview

I don't know if this is a bug, or just my mistake:

If I click the preview button everything works as expected, only the website field in the form is empty although I specified my website url before.

Can anybody reproduce this?

I'm using xampp (local), revo 2.1.3pl & quip 2.1.1pl
