This is my problem..
I need to create a volunteer roster / team roster.. i can pull the names of all the registered members using TV and the @Select binding, but i need to replicate this "x" amount of times.. basically there are about 10 rosters.. and about 30 "positions" (ie: singer, guitarist, etc..)
Think of it this way:
Per Week:
Wednesday (4 singers, 5 instrumentalists) - 1 Service
Thursday (8 singers, 10 instrumentalists) - 2 Different Services
Friday (4 singers, 5 instrumentalists) - 1 Service
Sunday ( 8 singers, 10 instrumentalists) - 6 Different Services
And they want to schedule it every month, so 1 update per month, roughly.
I was trying to do it manually by creating categories/sections.
For example:
SUNDAYS:
Main Service > Roster > Singers > Lead Singer > List of TVs with @Select binding of usernames.
Main Service > Roster > Singers > Co-Lead 1 > List of TVs with @Select binding of usernames.
Main Service > Roster > Singers > Co-Lead 2 > List of TVs with @Select binding of usernames.
Main Service > Roster > Instrumentalists
Main Service > Roster > Instrumentalists > List of TVs with @Select binding of usernames.
Can anyone see what I'm trying to do? This is such a tedious task as I have to do this over and over to complete just 1 month-worth of rosters.
Anyway, I'm attaching a sample of what a roster would look like. I can design this using tables for the front-end, but getting the values of each of the TVs (or something similar) is such a daunting task.
Help would be much appreciated!
