To send a plaintext-email we set "emailHtml"=0 but the email is as before a multipart-email when we set "emailHtml"=1
Does anybody know what values we have to set for "only html"/"only plaintext"/"multipart"? We couldn´t find this in the formit-rtfm.

I'm not sure this will work in that setting, but this should turn off HTML in the MODx mailer:
$modx->mail->setHTML(false);
