I did notice one issue. Japanese language pages will open in Firefox, IE , Opera and Safari but not Chrome. My russian, chinese, swedish, spanish, portugese and arabic pages open fine across all browsers. Japanese is the only issue. i get a page not found in Chrome with no source code. Strange. I can open up random japanese sites without issue in chrome though and can even view my own problematic japanese site using a proxy like hidemyass.com within the chrome browser. I even tried changing doctype from strict to transitional
My config charset is utf-8 and database charset is utf-8_unicode
I also added japanese to chrome under options>languages
Any ideas?

SOLUTION - reinstalled chrome and working fine now.

Might just have been in your browser cache? Not sure but glad you fixed it!
