This may sound strange, byt my modx is somehow disappearing or I don`t know, rebooting?

I don`t when and don`t know how, it just show out of nowhere. Yesterday I thought it may be some kind of cache problem as I was doing massive changes, edits, refreshes etc. But today I added simple news and when happy like "It stopped, goood" boom...
It looks like that, I`m doing something in manager, than there is some kind of glitch and I see thing from the screen. First what I thought it`s my providers fault as my MODx is in english", but they are saying everything is ok and I should check my script.
I have already cleared cache and now turned off FURLs and rewrite mode.
I have only couple of plugins like Wayfinder, Login, Gallery, Quip, Breadcrumbs, FormIt... nothing special. I don`t think it`s MODx thing...
