[SOLVED] internal link

hello evrybody,
if i have a page with a internal anchor text like this <a name ="pippo"></a>
and i want get a link to this, how i can do it?

if <a href="#pippo">test</a> ----> the link resolved is wrong (404)
if <a href="/[~[*id*]~]#pippo">test</a> ---> is good but the page is reloaded and i lost all variable in my form... :-(

There are other solutions?

There is a plugin that allows # links to work.
