    MODx Revolution 2.0.8-pl (advanced), Linux based server . . . .

Sorry to ask this again but it's a never ending issue we encounter, and I've been working around it but it keeps coming up and now is a real problem, we're trying to create a mobile version from modx.

We are using extensionless URL's. I had to reset the entire site using XHTML and set the MIME type to application/xhtml for the mobile version. All good. Consequently, some Javascript that I have modx creating fails and won't execute.

So I set the mime-type of Javascript to text/javascript, and causes the [[~id]] to output a .js extension, which should also be good.

However, now, with or without the .js extension, I get a 404. If I re-set the mime type to html, the 404 goes away but of course, the Javascript won't execute.

I have more info if you need it, Attached is an image that may clarify.
